This place is very unprofessional. They stole my husband's belonging. They told him to park the truck because it was going to maintenance then they never got back to him about going out again. He told them he was just going ti find someone else ro work for and they gave him the runaround about picking up his stuff from the truck. Then they told him they had bagged it all and when he went to pick it up it was just his blanket and a sweater. They stole his GPS, cables, headset, all his clothes in there, and his glasses. They refused to give anything back and stopped answering his phone calls. Yvonne and Gaby are very unprofessional and don't know how to do business and Yvonne and her husband are thieves. Don't work for these people. Reply to your response: You never asked him to remove his stuff. We have the text messages where you say there is no need to remove his items. We have the messages of you saying you were "looking" for his stuff. You are all thieves and don't know how to do business.

Do not do bad business. They make fake high reviews on here. Makinzie is their daughter so those reviews are fake. Yvonne doesn't know how to do business Yvonne and her husband steal your belongs from the truck. Bad company

Very unprofessional. Worst customer service by Blanca. I called to book a load with them and when they were explaining the load info. they clearly said “ No tarp load just strap and go”, which was perfect for my driver since I knew he wasn’t carrying his tarps. I read & signed back the rate confirmation and nowhere in the rate confirmation did it say that tarps were needed. Once the driver arrived at his loading destination he waiting two hours. Only to be told that he wouldn’t get loaded because he needed tarps. Blanca called me furiously screaming at me questioning why my driver wasn’t equipped with tarps and that he wasn’t going to be loaded. Blanca then insulted me saying I wasn’t a good dispatcher for not making sure that the driver needed tarps. I explained her that the rate confirmation didn’t say anything about tarps.She then said that in the rate confirmation it SHOULD HAVE said that tarps were required when it didn’t. I offered Blanca another truck to pick up the load but she quickly took me off the load. I then asked her to send a Truck Order Not Used because our driver drove an hour to get there only not to get loaded and in the end it wasn’t our fault that we got misinformed but she refused.

Do not do business with this company. Worst communication and they steal from the drivers. They dont know how to get good loads. Yvonne and Gaby are very unprofessional. They also delete and report bad reviews and post fake reviews that their family members make.

They were cool at first but the moment this covid19 stuff happened they stoped answering their phone i was a driver for them they supposedly moved yards but wont tell me or allow me to get about 1400 dollars worth of my stuff from the rig so it's theft. The owners dont answer their phones or text but only twice text me to get ahold of a 19yr old girl in the office still same wont return my stuff. Very unprofessional people none of them know what their doing ill be seeking legal action for felony theft i gave them two options return my stuff or give me 1400 to replace it sill nothing then she tried to get a restraining order that was then denied.
