I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving service I received from your company during my recent move from Columbus, Ohio to Las Vegas, Nevada. On June 13th I scheduled my move based on a quote I received via telephone, which assured me that my belongings would be delivered within 4-6 days after pickup. I clearly communicated the extent of my belongings—a bedroom set (bed and dresser, both in boxes) and 11 totes, totaling LESS THAN 300 sqft or 500 cbft of items. Despite this, on the day of pickup, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $351 for "extra stuff," which I paid without dispute, trusting that would resolve the matter. However, my frustrations escalated when my belongings did not arrive as promised. Upon my arrival in Las Vegas on June 15th, I expected my items to follow shortly after, according to the quoted delivery window of June 17th or 19th. Regrettably, this did not occur, and despite my persistent inquiries, I was provided with vague explanations and no definite timeline for delivery. After over a week of waiting, I was finally informed today that my belongings are set to arrive on Wednesday, June 26th. To my dismay, I was further informed that an additional $450 would be required due to your decision to transport my items on an 18-wheeler truck, necessitating a shuttle service to deliver them to my apartment complex. This unexpected charge and the last-minute change in delivery method are unacceptable and reflect a lack of clarity and consideration on your part. I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from “Best Quality Movers”. The lack of transparency regarding charges and the prolonged delay in delivery have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected a professional and reliable moving service, and instead, I have encountered nothing short of a series of disappointments and setbacks. I strongly advise against using your company to anyone considering a move. The practices I have experienced are shady, inconsiderate, and far from what one would expect from a reputable moving service. I urge you to review your policies and practices to ensure that other customers do not face similar issues in the future. I expect a prompt response regarding the resolution of these matters. Update: I was offered a $100 discount to take down my review, but they couldn’t guarantee after my review was taken down that I’d actually receive the discount lol so my review will stand and I will pay full price. if you are looking to move this isn’t the company to go with . We have used Quality movers three times now since 2018. We have always been very pleased with their service, carefulness with our items, and pricing. We have done moves from IL to IN and multi-stop moves and they have always been very accommodating and flexible (even adding a last minute stop). They hustle to get the job done quickly. The team brings an appropriately sized crew based upon the job, but is limited to their one truck - however if you have your own truck or vehicle to load, they will also help load that too. They will wrap and protect furniture before loading and have "common sense" when wrapping, loading, and unloading. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I was not happy about their work. They did not protect my furniture by wrapping it with blankets and I had some missing boxes. Also, my grand piano was supposed to be stored with a protector on the bottom floor, but it did not. The new moving company was surprised that it was not. TV and many pieces of furniture were moved without any protectors. Workers were not professional at all. It was just regular guys moving your furniture here to there. I could see the difference between this company and the new moving company that I used later.

After living in my apartment for 12yrs I needed a larger place. I had a lot of stuff that had to be moved. Steve came by and assessed what had to be done and the day I moved it went as amooth as can be. No problems. They are also reasonably priced. All Good 👍
