Gerrael is the best! He and his team did a pack & move for me in April 2022, stored my stuff, and then moved me into a new place in Sept 2023. They packed everything really well, nothing was broken/damaged. Always great communication, super quick. Thanks Gerrael!

I want to HIGHLY recommend King Of Quality Pack & Move! This company is very reliable, honest, and competitively priced. We hired Anthony to help my husband and I move things into our apartment and he was amazing! He arrived a few mins early to the job and worked diligently throughout to help us. He was very personable and a good communicator before and during the move. All our things were in great condition when we unpacked. We will definitely be using King Of Quality Pack & Move again. We recommended them to all our friends too!

I had several communication issues with this company. Also, different arrangements were made with me which were not followed through. - see below: 1) On the first day of the scheduled service, the owner sent me a message (last minute) stating that his truck would not start, so he could not provide the service that day. 2) The agreed service was for the company to bring the Uhaul Pods to my house (on trailers). On the second arranged day, the owner sent me a message (again, last minute) stating that his trailer was unavailable, and they would need to move all items from the Pods to the company's truck and then come to my house. That said, I would have to drive 70 miles to open the Pods for them; I did that. He helped me a little with gas (so some points for the company for that). 3) Some of my items were left in the company's truck after the move was complete. I tried several arrangements with the owner, so my items were given back to me. All because he did not follow through with his word on the days he would bring it back. I am sure the company provides hard work, but the experience I had, shows some needed improvements in scheduling and customer service.

This company was the best I’ve ever worked. I moved a lot , never had such a perfect crew. They were awesome, showed up on time , load professionally and quick, informed me during the trip where they are and what is the approximate time to get to destination, unload carefully and fast. Plus the price was affordable for me. Thank you guys keep doing your good job.
