We called 14 piano movers, and Quality Piano was not the cheapest one but by far the most satisfying and reliable experience we had with movers. The movers arrived on time, they were kind, and were careful with the piano. The customer representative on the phone who helped us arranged the move was professional and reliable. She was also very kind with all of our questions. When we were researching piano movers, we were looking for three things in the company: 1. Professional piano movers who could do same day delivery. We didn’t want to wait for the piano to be stored in a warehouse, stuck in transit for 30+ days, or moved across multiple moving trucks. 2. Experienced people who specialized in moving pianos. We heard horror stories of movers damaging pianos and the company moving at a snails pace to review the insurance claim and ultimately deny or underpay the cost of repairs. 3. Professional piano movers who would arrive on time and were upfront with their quotes and communicated quickly. It took less than 5 minutes to book with Quality and they said our movers would arrive between 8-10 am. I was thinking they would arrive past 10 but they were in the driveway by 7:58 am. We paid $1800 for the move, which was $300 more than the average quote we got, but that assurance cost was well worth the smooth and secure move we wanted.
