I booked on April 30th 2024 for a may 8th 2024 10 am appointment. I decided to call at 9:50am that day to make sure that they were gonna be on time for my 10am appointment. A guy tells me they are finishing a move and that they will call me when they are done giving me no estimated time frame. I'm sitting here at my storage just waiting to get moved out and into my apartment there is no way I am going to sit here and wait I don't kno how long until they arrive. I told him April 30th when I booked nd paid my deposit as required that I had other things planned that day on my only off day that week and that I was needing there service promptly on time. He assured me that they would arrive on time and with what I needed them to move he assured it would only be 2 hours max. I have requested my deposit back and have not gotten a response. I will update once my deposit is received. I will not book or recommend there services in the future. (Edited review) In addition I've call again no response and sent a 2nd refund request for my deposit no response. This is a bad look for buisness. I will definitely be cautious in the future about paying a deposit that seems to be non refundable even if it's the company's wrong doing and not owing up to it. I hope they use the deposit money and it goes very far for their business.

No accountability, unprofessional, unresponsive. Hired them to move a few larger items. Everything was great (seriously it was) until my living room sofa was damaged while delivering to my storage unit. I understand the physical work that had to be done as the elevator was too small so stairs needed to be used however you expect a little grace/carefulness. I contacted Angel regarding the damage he answered and asked for proof so I sent him a video. Now all of a sudden all my text messages and calls have been ignored & no response besides "Yes I will reach back out once I get the chance" that was May 27th. Nothing personal but business-wise beware if damages occur Angel will pretend like nothing happened and not want to have a conversation or take accountability.

They broke my mom’s dresser AFTER both me and my sister told them the drawers didn’t come out! They took them out anyway and tried to put them back in and left without even telling us it was broke. Most of the drawers are off track and the bottom is completely broken and no longer closes. Her dresser is less than 2 years old and basically unusable now. I called the supervisor and never got a response. They will never get my business again! EDITED TO ADD: you gave a response to this post but you have yet to respond to me personally! You clearly don't go with what the customer prefers! If that was so, we wouldn't be in this situation. As for WHY your guys took the drawers out, they told me that it was because it was really heavy with them in. Now you say its to preserve the walls. You are showing yourself to be a less than upstanding business. I have contacted the BBB and the TX SOS to see what options I have.

Great service. Angel was awesome. Communicated on costs, arrival, and took care of business and great care of the items moved. As a realtor, I need reliable moving teams. Angel does this. Had a last minute move for a client and he made it happen! He has trucks for smaller moves and bigger trucks for bigger moves. Call him.
