Our group recently went on a trip and used Queen City transportation and it was the best! Steve and Trish were the best drivers and had excellent customer service and really connected with everyone in a positive way. Steve and Trish were fun to be around and made the trip an even better experience. The buses were in great condition and were clean and nicely treated. Overall had a great experience with Queen City transportation!

We have used Queen City Transportation two years in a row for charter buses to Keeneland. Both trips have been great, with nice drivers, clean buses, and a great price. We are so happy that the 3rd year for Keeneland has already been booked 12 months in advance with Queen City Transportation.

Communication was excellent, both on phone and via email. Driver was knowledgeable of city and destinations, professional and courteous. WOW WOW WOW! We used Queen City for a 4 day Youth Group trip to Tennessee. We were beyond impressed with their professionalism and dedication to safety. The busses are top notch and so is the team! Not only were the drivers excellent, but they were also great with our students! Our kids LOVED both Chris and Bill! Thank you Bill, Chris, and Elaine for making this trip such an incredible experience for our team and students! Queen City will be our charter company from here on out!!

My fiancé and his 90 8th grade students on their way to DC were sitting on the side of the road in PA for 5 hours in the heat with no where to go…how do you not have back up buses incase something like this happens?! Went to get a part for the bus only for it to not be the right one…don’t you check the mechanics of the buses before taking long trips? Sure anything can happen at anytime which is why there should ALWAYS be back up buses especially when carrying 90 precious students lives. It’s sad honestly. Thank God for the kind people at a near by church who took the students, teachers, and parents in to feed them dinner who hadn’t eaten since noon. Not to mention the kind gentleman who drives school buses taking them 2 hours to their hotel in DC bc your bus can’t be trusted. Doesn’t seem like I’m the only one who has complained about a similar situation. I hope and pray your company takes this serious and tried to figure out a solution to this. Every kid looks forward to this trip at the end of the year. Shouldn’t take them 16 hours to get to their hotel safely.
