I used quality movers for my home and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They did an excellent job taking apart items bringing them over here and putting them back together with no issues. They sent four gentlemen over and they were very careful wrapping furniture and left no scratches or dents The price was reasonable and I highly recommend them.

I had to pay double for them giving me an inexperienced crew. I had used them twice before and had great experiences. First move was from a 2200sq ft 2 story house into a storage unit and 2nd was moving from the storage unit into a smaller apartment on the 2nd floor and putting what wasn't going to fit into a smaller storage unit. Both times I had 3 guys and their truck. They were very experienced, had their own supplies and tools. Never took more than 3 hrs. THIS time they gave me 3 inexperienced and to be honest, unprepared slow movers. They had no tools and no supplies. It took them almost 6 hrs to do my move from the small storage unit to moving my old apartment 2nd floor to the new 1st floor apartment. They used all my supplies like tape to move my stuff, one guy broke a dresser that had a glass top. That took two of them to clean up that mess. I had to buy them water to drink, I also bought them snacks at the 4 or 5 hour mark. They didn't know how to box up my 70 inch tv with the $35 box I bought just for it, then cut it to try and make a way to cover the tv with it but didn't have tape to wrap it since they already used all of my box tape up. I called Melissa and told her how I was unhappy with how things were going. She had originally quoted me $605 for 3 hr average, which the last 2 times it never went over that. When they finally finished after all most 6 hours she called to take my payment over the phone and charged me over double the quoted amount. I payed over $1200! And all because they sent me and inexperienced unprepared and slow crew. I don't feel that I should have had to pay double because they were so bad. I would never recommend this company to anybody just because of the inconsistency and the inconsiderateness of the owners not to at least try and rectify all the problems and all the issues and just call and take my payment of double what they quoted me. I shouldn't have to pay double because of the slow and poor quality employees they sent me and maybe they meant to do it and they were just milking the time I don't know.
