Really good and professional service. They went above and beyond setting everything for me while I was at work. Trustful and very communicative and very good price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to have a great experience when they move. I have moved many times and they were the best company by far! 5/5 stars!

Just had the worst experience hiring the services of Quintero Moving Company. First of all, I have in writing all the services that was promised and quoted by the company to be delivered, like wrapping, disassemble and assemble of furniture and the deliver at 3 different locations, that's what we agreed and what I paid for. On the day of the moving the very first call was to inform me that my ceiling lamp was not going to be removed as they didn't touch anything related to an electric component. But that same item (the ceiling lamp) was on my itemized list with pictures sent and quoted days before by the Quintero's Moving Company. Secondly, one of my furniture's is a Sleep number bed, which I sent pictures prior to moving to explain how important it was that the movers had the knowledge to do it, since it is not a regular bed and they said they knew how to do it. What did I get from their services: They never disassemble the furniture, nor wrapped properly and as a result, I had 3 items damaged. Since I moved from a bigger apartment to a smaller, it was crucial to disassemble the furniture to optimize space, as part of the furniture was suppose to go to a storage; it didn't go to storage as without the disassemble of the furniture, it was not gonna fit so they just stocked all of the furniture into the smaller apartment. To make the experience worst, and as I feared, they did not know how to disassemble the Sleep number bed, I had to handle keys to the landlord 2 days after the moving and they left the bed behind because they simple did not know how to disassemble the base. Imagine you paying for a service, having the responsibility to return keys to your landlord and the most important item of the moving was left behind. On the following day, I called the company to go over the problems faced on the moving day. The company refused to fulfill our agreement and on the top of that was very unprofessional in the manners of communication. I kindly requested the remedies to fix the issues encountered but the company refused to reimburse for the work not performed (Bed left behind), told me that if I wanted to have the furniture that was supposed to go to the storage that I would have to re-pay a delivery fee and not even offered to fix the drawer that was broken during the moving. Very unfortunately it was a horrible experience, do not recommend.

Horrible experience. Photos can tell how unprofessional they are. I have been contacting them for reimbursement for damaged items. Still No response/solution after 3 months!!!

Helped us with a last minute move. Literally, from one day to the next. They were responsive, punctual, and nothing was damaged during the moving process. I highly recommend them!
