Large outdoor store with bikes, ski gear, combing gear, shoes, tents, swimwear, you name it. Staff are knowledgeable but occasionally hard to find. Pays to be a member. My only gripe is that so many items don't have clearly labeled prices.

🌲⛺🏞️🛒😃 I had an amazing experience at the REI store! The store had a wide selection of outdoor gear and equipment, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I found everything I needed for my camping trip and more. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Plus, the friendly and passionate staff made the shopping experience even better. I left the store with a big smile on my face and all the gear I needed for my outdoor adventure.👍🏕️🚵‍♂️🏔️

So I am an avid day hiker and periodically camp in forgiving conditions, but have 0 experience with backpacking gear. The REI employees were very helpful in giving advice for gear I would need. Also wanted to give a shout out to Edd. I needed to get fitted for a multi-day backpack. He helped make sure I found a nice comfortable backpack, taught me how to load and put it on, and was patient with me when trying on different packs. Will definitely be back! :)

REI bike shop staff tend to be pretty good, but these guys are awesome. On at least 3 occasions in the last 6 months they've taken super good care of me. This evening, Bert helped me get back on the road, making sure I could actually use more than 3 gears in my daily commuter (derailleur cable had loosened). Thanks Bert!
