R Hope Moving Info | Compare Moving Quotes

Inexcusable experience with Benjamin and R Home Moving. I had contacted R Hope moving as they had good reviews on google. I set up my move for a Friday at 1pm. They text me with confirmation of time and addresses they would be moving from and to. Friday at 1:15pm I contacted Benjamin. He stated that he did not have a reservation for me. I informed him that I indeed had the texts from his number confirming date and time. He put me on a long hold.... Said he would be there shortly with his movers. Two hours later I contact him again.. He states that they are 3o minutes away. He calls me 20 minutes later and states that his truck broke down... They cant move us until tomorrow. (This does not work as my sister had closed on her home and had to be out that day) I ask if he can rent a uhaul... he says he will call me back... 45 minutes and I have to call him. He states that his "sister company" is on their way. 5pm they get there. This company has no idea who R Hoping moving is. They have never hear of them. Stated they just got a call asking if they could move us. They also charged me $400 more that what R Hope moving had quoted. I contacted Ben and he said "there is nothing I can do". No apology. Basically, he forgot to put me on the schedule and rather than do the right thing, he lied and then scrambled to find anyone who would do it.. This company does not deserve the 5 stars they have and they really made a nice gesture a huge headache.

These people are professionals. They called 30 minutes before arrival, even 10 minutes earlier! They were on the road, wasting no time; in fact, they completed the task in less time than expected. Her load matches other. Highly recommended Ruach Hope Moving.
