I see I’m not alone who thinks that R&L the worst logistic carrier. Natasha, who I was unfortunate to communicate with, was very unprofessional, talked over me all the time, and was providing me with the controversial information. Due to her unprofessionalism, careless attitude, and lack of listening skills, the R&L will continue losing money and the customers.

Delivery was supposed to occur between 9am-1pm. Took the day off work in order to be available for the scheduled delivery. 1pm came and went. I called their dispatch line and was informed it was transferred to another carrier because it was too large and they only had one truck going in my direction. I now have to try to take another day of work off in order to receive the shipment. I understand things happen, but call your customer and inform them so that they don’t have to wait around all day.

The worst freight and logistics carrier. They missed a delivery window and are giving us a run around that it’s being provided to a third party carrier, now to schedule a new delivery for us. No courtesy call or notification of the change! EVEN when we called at the halfway point of our delivery window, the receptionist still said it was on track to be delivered. Like other reviewers, took a day off of work to accept a delivery and was let down by R+L

I ordered a steel cabinet (350 lbs!) from Costco, shipped to my home by R+L Carriers. Delivery window was between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, they delivered promptly at 11:20, giving me a call shortly before arriving. Driver was very courteous and professional. Very satisfied with the service!
