We had R & R Refrigeration come to our workplace to support us on repairing a refrigeration unit, which needed to be fixed by quitting time, for use that evening. They diagnosed the problem, got the unique parts required and completed the job before quitting time. Excellent job. The other call they made to our facility was to remove an obsolete commercial refrigerator, the castors were rusted shut, but the 2 guys that came out, got it out and were there and gone in 30 minutes. Every service person there is extremely polite and respectful of customers. We will continue to use R & R Refrigeration, and give them more opportunities as we consolidate our supplier list to suppliers that perform.
