Redeeming the past experience, last transaction and experience in June, with road runner at the San Carlos store in the San Francisco Bay Area! Where I simply left the shoes at the counter and the store…I wanted to purchase at the counter after waiting 30min for rude associate to get my desired shoes and another 30mins at the counter waiting to pay! Road runner's our go to quality shoe store. The staff are very helpful and guides you on what shoe fits your lifestyle. They have good return Policy especially for VIP members, plus you get to earn points and redeem it for discounts for future purchase. Manuel helped us yesterday for my son's school shoes, I believe that is his name, he was with two other customers but was able to accomodate us, we did not wait long and we were able to find shoes for my son and out the door happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this place

I just went to the store to check for running shoes a few months ago. They have fantastic machines that measure and I also bought a very nice insert that makes a big difference in comfort and performance. They also have a great selection of athletic clothes.
