100% the best tow experience i have ever had. Randall is an absolute pleasure of a person and sticks to his word. I scheduled a tow a day in advance for transport of a vehicle with ease. Randall showed up promptly, loaded the truck with care, and delivered the vehicle with zero flaws or issues. The price was also significantly lower than any others in the area to top it all off. Gives me a peace of mind knowing there is a top notch tow service out here in the mountains. Thanks again!

Very solid service and quick. Got stuck out in the mountains when my bmw decided to blow the motor - “deep in the country” as passerby’s told me. He was able to get to me in 20mins and made a potentially very bad weekend very nice. Friendly and professional. Can’t recommend RS Richards enough. Thank you!!!

When my mom and her friend unexpectedly found a ditch, Randall arrived within 15 minutes and pulled the car out immediately. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were on their way in no time and so appreciated his help! We'd highly recommend calling him if you need a tow.

When I ended up pinned up against a tree on the side of a rural mountain road, I called Randall to come and recover my truck from a steep ravine. He was there within 20 mins and was very nice and accommodating. He had the truck out of the ravine and on his flatbed in no time. Being from out of the area, he kept my truck safe and sound and UPDATED me about what the insurance company was communicating to him. He even was nice enough to take my daughter her water bottle to the local camp, which is why I was in Madison in the first place. I would HIGHLY recommend Randall to anyone needing help. His service and demeanor are uncommon and appreciated! Thanks Randall.
