I needed three oversized, heavyweight (15000 lbs) skids couriered from my Red Deer to our Calgary branch ASAP. I made a single phone call explaining the details of the delivery. I had an immediate response back, "that they were looking into it". With in two hours, I had a truck at my shop picking up the skids going directly to the desired location. And did I mention the pricing was very reasonable for the demand I laid out. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I got ran off the road by one of their semi truck drivers. RST was very kind when I phoned to l let them know about it. They seemed concerned and genuinely cared. Thank you.

This is a great place to work. From the office staff to the trucks we drive, it seems this company is ran with the driver in mind. I love the lanes we run as well as the generous hometime I get. The pay is good as well. Keep up the good work!

Be very careful if you decide to work with this carrier. Carrier agreed to take a load from me 24 hours prior to the loading date. The day of pick up the carrier has their driver call and get dispatched and even arrive to our shipper. After checking in at our shipper the driver goes back in to the shipper and tells them he is no longer doing the load he is going to pick up a different load. When my shipper sent me an email, you could imagine my surprise. I know dispatchers sometimes switch drivers and I was hoping that was the case so I immediately reached out to the company to get a resolution. Once I reached them they not only confirmed that they were sending their driver after a new load, but also acted as if they did not care that they were leaving me hanging on my load. This load was a same day pick and delivery so they were leaving me on a load that I had 1 hour to recover and get delivered the same day to Sam's/Walmart. As you can imagine it put me in a really tight spot in which my company lost several hundred dollars fixing their mistake. I asked this company if they would be willing to step up and take care of the difference, of course they did not agree but actually got belligerent with me.
