The guy named Bailey is great. When I first signed up for the storage unit, there was a discount going on and he was kind of enough to apply it for me. Saved me $50 for several months. The process is straightforward. The place is clean. Just keep in mind that you will need to buy a lock from A1 since it uses a special kind. Closing out the unit was also very simple and straightforward. You just sign a paper closing out the unit. Overall I do recommend it.

I had my things here for near 3 years, and it was the best experience. The surrounding area does have some homelessness, and it is a bit remote, but it is one of the most secure sites I've seen. Cameras everywhere, and you need a code for everything, alarms Very clean, never had to deal with vermin or bugs problem, units are spacious, accessible, and secure. Restrooms always clean, and you know that's a good marker. The rent was affordable initially, but it did get raised too much after a while, so I decided to go to a A-1 storage location closer to me.

I was moving from a larger unit to a smaller one. James at A-1 storage followed up with my online request and verified with me that I wanted the transfer instead of two units, helped with the transfer, prorated my rent on the original unit and applied it to the rent for the smaller unit and transferred all of the required information as well as the insurance. This was a very smooth transaction for me! The facility is kept up well, clean and well-run that is why we continued to have our storage needs met here.
