I absolutely recommend this moving company! The crew was excellent and arrived on time. They were kind, friendly, patient, and hard working. They had smooth processes in place and were respectful to each other; really worked well as a team. I was impressed by the precautions taken to ensure the furniture pieces and the new home were protected during the move. We will be forever grateful for their services!

RA movers helped us moved from MA to CA and they made everything so easy for us. We loved that for a cross country move, they went directly from MA to California and had our stuff to us in about 4 days!! The communication was perfect for any details and questions we had along the way. They packed everything up so nicely and handled all of our furniture with great care! They even shipped both of our cars and scheduled one of them to go on a car hauler so we didn’t have to worry about making that extra call. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you RA movers!

We hired this company based on all these glowing reviews, but unfortunately that’s not what we experienced. They underestimated how much stuff we had. We had to rent a large trailer and we were still forced to leave many things behind despite filling both our vehicles. They left the trailer on the road at our new house and didn’t unload it. They told our realtor that it was not their responsibility and high tailed it out of there knowing that my husband was on his way there. They never told us that they were leaving the trailer on the road full of our belongings. Thankfully our realtor let us know because the previous owners would have gotten fined. Their response for not unloading the trailer was “garage was full” after the fact. It was a complete waste of $1000+ to even get the trailer because most of the items inside were damaged… outdoor table cracked, wicker chairs damaged, umbrella missing a piece, garage shelf smashed. So many other things in the regular truck were damaged, bins crushed. They charged us an extra $200 for tolls for the trailer. We are now getting bill after bill from every state along the way to Florida. They never paid any of them and they have ghosted us about a refund. Don’t trust these positive reviews!

I had a big moving job on 9/1 and RA movers were super quick and made the entire process stress-free/smooth. They arrived quickly and moved my entire apartment in under 90 minutes from one part of Boston to the other. They were extremely professional, careful, and very affordable.
