This is a lot of info but all things I would want to know if I were looking for a storage unit: Our previous experience with storage units: dusty, musty, working in the elements, and not practical to access in the dark or bad weather. RAC-JAC indoor, climate-controlled storage is the polar opposite of that experience. No dust, no musty odor clinging to our belongings. No curled papers due to varying moisture levels. No rushing through storage or retrieval, leaving a mess or leaving without everything we wanted due to inclement weather or approaching darkness. The facility is modern, beautifully maintained, and very conveniently located. It is 24-hr accessible with punch code. Everything is functional all of the time--no unexpected hassles when we get to the unit. From the time I pull up to the gate to punch in my code it takes less than a minute to be in my unit, working. I was concerned that indoor storage would be more complicated to move into than outside storage. It turned out to be much, much easier. When we get to our unit with our belongings we are not dealing with traffic, noise and weather in getting things arranged or retrieving items.We can pull right up to the outside doors. They have large, heavy duty dollies in the facility hallways for customer use. The wide outside doors and hallways accommodate everything easily. It takes about 5 seconds to get from the outside door to our unit. [For those who have a lot to store: We use a large unit with roller doors at either end, and each end is located close to an outside door.] The lot and facility are always well-lit so time of day is not a factor. The nearby business office is always open during business hours and personnel are friendly, very efficient, and respond quickly. It is actually an established business office rather than having just one caretaker who may come and go, as some facilities do. Autopay is available and it has worked smoothly for us.

I would never recommend these people to anybody they have the rudest lady I have ever met that manages the place. I was there rearranging my storage to make room she flipped out and gave me 2 days to move my stuff. When I calmly asked her why, she yelled at me like I was a child and said I needed to have my stuff out by Thursday at 5pm do you understand me and refused to listen to anything I said. I have never been talked to or treated like the way this lady treated me in my whole life. Thumbs down the worst.

I have been using the storage area for many many years. It is safe and secure. The area is maintained extremely well and I have never had a problem. I think it is one of the best storage areas in town. Price is good and service is excellent.
