As employees, they make it known that you're the bottom of the list, no matter how long you've worked there or the amount of effort put forth. Upper management lacks the ability and knowledge to make you better at the job at hand. Disciplined is the tactical push! They tend to create an environment of stress and fear, leaving the impression that your abilities are never good enough. While acting out inappropriately with sharing ongoing company issues with others, professionalism isn't a set standard between management and employees.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. This has been the most insanely unorganized delivery I've ever dealt with and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE. I've been on the phone with this company daily for the last week, with 4 failed attempts at delivery because they don't have the appropriate amount of drivers or equipment. They have lied about delivery times and also asked ME to help unload my package from the truck. This package is hundreds of pounds. I hired the company because I don't have the equipment to do this myself. That is the entire point of a delivery company. I'm so sick of dealing with their awful staff. The only good people are the drivers themselves. It's not their fault their management is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM FOR TRANSPORT.

Package was scanned on their dock on 3/15. Scheduled first delivery for Monday, 3/21. That is reasonable except they missed the delivery with no notification. Scheduled 2nd delivery for 3/24, ok, stuff happens and still ok with this, but once bitten - twice shy. Called first thing in the morning, was told that it was on the truck and out for delivery. Delivery window comes and goes, and no delivery. Call in the PM on 3/24, told that it will definitely arrive on Friday , 3/25. Called first thing on Friday, tracking shows it was delivered, NOPE. Very nice lady with customer service says she is going to call dispatch to fix the issue. After being on hold, I am told that my package would absolutely be delivered today. Nope. Called again, Very nice customer service lady agrees that he Commerce City is incompetent and should be fired. Swears that I will get my package on Monday. Pretty sure I will also win the Powerball jackpot. The Commerce City Colorado location is a joke and I would avoid this company like the Covid Virus. Update - 6/23 Got a call from the merchant that I ordered the package from and apparently RAC returned my lost package to them completely destroyed. I shared the details with the merchant and strongly suggested that they never use RAC again. Under no Circumstances should anyone every use RAC.

If I could leave negative stars I would. RAC picked up my crate on 9/13, which was supposed to go on a short trip to another freight company in Denver to then be transported to Los Angeles. Instead of dropping it off in Denver, they took two weeks to drive it down to Texas before realizing it shouldn’t have left Colorado. Then for another 2.5 weeks they gave us the runaround on its location probably because they had dropped the crate, broken it AND the custom sink inside. They finally delivered it to the second freight company on 10/14, and that company delivered the broken crate and sink today 10/19, of which we had to go and refuse delivery since it was unusable. It’ll be at least a month before we can even get a replacement. I highly recommend you use any other company than RAC, it has been a nightmare from start to finish, and they lied so many times about the whereabouts of the crate and about having handed it over to the second company. I am beyond furious after they wasted over a month of my time only to see my delivery was beyond repair, and now will cost me at least another month of waiting.
