Informally, they tell you not to pay by card so as not to pay VAT and they charge you with VAT included, you can check if it goes to Ruiz Troyano which is the same catalog. Of course they didn't do the job. Look at other sites because they lie more than they talk.

Incompetent and informal. We ordered a PVC enclosure for a porch from them, with a scheduled delivery and assembly date, we had to call them to explain the reason for the delay. Coincidentally, one of the employees was going to call us at that moment to tell us that the factory had run out of the material for our porch and it would take much longer than expected. We reached an agreement with them to compensate us for it and everyone is happy for now... They install the porch for us (Fran, the installer is a 100% professional, it must be said) and one of the slats comes with scratches, I send it to them by mail for them to replace it and after a year I am still waiting for them. We wanted to give them another chance and I stayed with Ismael (owner) twice so that they would take measures to change all the windows in the house and inexplicably he left me "stranded" waiting for him. Not recommended at all.

Great professionals, they gave me a quote the same day. I went to request a quote for our Hawkers store in the Puerta Europa shopping center. From the attention of the girl at the reception to the installers, everything was top 10, very professional and fast. If you have a business or in your own home, for me they are the best option in the Gibraltar countryside.
