Susan, Broderick, Joe were our movers today! They called us 2 days before and the day before to confirm our move! And every time we called with questions, Susan picked up every time! They showed up as scheduled. They shrink wrapped all the stuff. They took apart our beds and table and brought it to the new house and unloaded everything in each room that I wanted and put the furniture together. They ran into a snag as they couldn’t get in the driveway with the gate. But they handled it with a smile and got the job done. And we would use them again if needed. Thanks for a job well done! You made things so easy for us!

WORST moving company ever. Do not OVERLOOK these reviews. Do not spend your money with these people. Especially if you black. You may want to because you thinking black owned and you’re going to black shop, but it’ll be worst decision you ever make. They say whatever they take down they will put up but they took my beds down and put the side rails back on wrong. My side rails look like a bow and arrow currently. They put my queen size mattress on my full size box spring. My full size mattress on my queen size box spring. Susan, the lead is super lazy and they go juice you out your money because they charge by the hour. When they damage your stuff the owner go hide wherever he hide at and you can’t even get in touch with him. If you use them and disregard these reviews just be ready to sue them in civil court.

I have used this company a few times but during a recent move, they broke blades off my ceiling fan not paying attention while moving a lamp. They refuse to pay or respond to emails asking about any “claim” to replace the fan. When I call I get the run around. It’s very shady, I would recommend a more professional and trustworthy company that won’t broke your stuff, or at least one that will take accountability when THEY broke something. Very disappointed and will never refer anyone or book a move with them again.

I used Rambo moving service in January. Although there equipment wasn’t in the best of condition. I decided to use its services again. Only to be treated less than a valued repeated customer in stead, on the day of moving I did not receive a call to let me know that they were running late. I had to call them to be told that they will get to me today@ 8-9 pm tonight this is unacceptable when it comes to business, your time, and money. I believe after working all day the moving crew is tired as I am. So working with a two hour minimum at three- hundred and five dollars to start will end up costing me an extra two hundred dollars and more. Not only am I waiting but this type of service caused me to cancelled two events losing a total of one hundred and fifty dollars . And now it’s five thirty still no call, no show. Who ever the booking agent is she need a Reality check on how to handle customer service in who’s serving who. Signed, Very disappointed return customer!!!!

The ppl were awesome and fast! The price was what I needed it to be and even though I'm posting this 3 weeks after my move and am now in the un-packing process, I am finding things that are broken. The cabinet door to an antique liquor cabinet, cat tower and even items inside totes are broken. I even tipped them an extra $20 a piece after because they seemed to do an excellent job. I had no idea that my stuff was just being shoved into my moving truck without much care. I wanted to leave a good review but I just can't after finding soo many things broken. It is now July 17,2024 It took 5 months for the owner to respond to my original review where it was stated that they wanted to make things right, they've not contacted me and probably won't. Proceed with caution when booking this company for moving.
