This is why ppl don't let us park anywhere. One of your guys parked behind me and threw a HUGE trash bag on the clean curbside. It's disgusting and makes us look like SLOBS!

Maybe talk to your drivers about how handling yourself as a professional reflects on the company you drive for. I always try to be polite and courteous to other drivers but what I don’t do is allow other trucks to bully me on the road. Luckily for your company and your driver I’ve put too much work into making this truck look the way it does to let it get messed up by an out of control numbskull who didn’t have the right of way and who chose to ignore the two “Merge Now” signs a mile and half mile prior.

I mentioned a solution to dispatcher. Apparently feedback and collaboration are unwelcome between drivers and dispatch. I was let go within 4 weeks of my comment and my escrow illegally over charged. So if you do receive your escrow chances are they’ll let you keep less than 25% of it.

Everything will seem all good at the beginning but in reality I pray for anyone who works for this company . They take escrow and promise to return it upon leaving the company but you can kiss your escrow goodbye just already have it set in your mind that your escrow don’t exist , you will NEVER get your escrow back . Company is based in Alsip, Illinois but is ran by Europeans

I've been with rapid since 2015. Never had a issue with getting equipment fixed. Owner is very kind hearted. I'm a Owner operator now and he put a financed a new apu for my truck. Safety is very good at getting permits to you or finding somewhere to get truck fixed. Newer equipment. 2019's and up. Always got home around day I needed. People put bad reviews cause of something they won't be accountable for. Good company to work for. Pay is above average even for people under 2 years experience. Driver get 2800+ a week drivers that are lazy and run under 2000 usually are the ones who put bad reviews do to them getting talked to about performance this a business like any business its out to make money not lose money.
