I am a local remodeling contractor I used Ray E. Owned and Sons Moving for the first time yesterday. They arrived a little early, and got right to work. The guys who did the moving Thomas, Augustine, and Trent were so polite to one another and my clients it felt like family members helping us move. Ray E Owens Moving Company moved my new grand piano from Roanoke to Pittsville, VA. A grand piano can be a pretty tricky thing to move and set up properly and they did an absolutely great job. Fred (I've forgotten his last name) made the process seem easy both moving it up a few steps as well as putting it all back together. He took care not to mar it up with a great use of pads and dollies. I could not have been happier with their service and would recommend them anytime.

My husband and I have used ray Owen for 30 years or more he's moved us to hilHil Head island SC and back 2 times and numerous times from smthS mountain lake and all around always great never a problem with them and we have some heavy furniture getting ready to use them again .

Only giving them 1star because I cant give half a star. Worst experience of moving I have ever had in my entire life!! Will never use or recommend this compant to anyone. I would be assamed if I conducted business in this manner and then actually charge for it. I could go into details but its just too much!!!! Fair warned to anyone who may use the employees they sent me.
