It pains me to write this review, especially as a repeat customer of Razorback Moving. We had a great experience when we moved to Arkansas in 2021. Dave sent a team of skilled and friendly movers who unloaded our two trucks in about two hours, leaving us impressed and satisfied. Unfortunately, our recent experience was the complete opposite. We hired Razorback again to move our pre-packed household items from one storage facility to another in Siloam Springs, but the crew we were sent this time was terrible. The team was young, unprofessional, and downright rude. One member even showed up in flip-flops, which made him ineffective, and another seemed hungover most of the day. The only saving grace was the crew leader, who was respectful and worked hard, but he was clearly carrying the weight of the entire job. Throughout the move, the other two guys sat around on our furniture, chatting about cars and girls, and wasting time on their phones. What should have been a 6-8 hour job stretched to 10 hours because of their lack of effort, costing us over $2000. I estimate that $400 of that was simply for them to waste time. They didn't even manage to move everything we needed. When we asked about them returning to finish the job, one of them bluntly said, "That ain't happening." So, I had to take care of that myself using a borrowed enclosed trailer. We called Dave twice to express our concerns, but he was dismissive and seemed annoyed that we were complaining. It's disheartening to be treated this way, especially after having had such a positive experience before. I hate that I have to write this review, but I feel it's necessary to warn others. Razorback Moving was once a company we trusted, but now, I can't recommend them. Their service is overpriced, and you're gambling on whether you'll get a crew that actually cares about doing a good job. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for movers.
