Not the best experience I’ve ever had. Had my move completed roughly a month ago. For starters they arrived about 1.5hrs late, one of the guys smelled like alcohol and they put a hole in my wall. Someone did come out and patch it up, but it still hasn’t been finished and they left their tools ***UPDATE: After posting my review, someone did reach out and fixed the hole made in the wall. ***

I sent a moving inquiry on Memorial Day to move a baby grand piano. I received a response by the next morning. I was able to set up a pickup day and time very quickly which worked perfectly given the tight time schedule. Mr. Byrd, Ron, and Quint, all worked very strategically and efficiently, while being very meticulous with everything. Truly A+ service, care, and professionalism from start to finish. Thank you to these gentlemen for their A-1 service.

Had a very pleasant experience yesterday. Our move started late due to a previous nights move that lasted longer than they expected but they called and kept us updated until they arrived. We were only supposed to have 2 people, but 3 showed up. They were friendly and worked fast and was very careful with my extremely heavy furniture. We moved from a 2nd floor 1bed 1 bath to a 2nd floor 2bed 2 bath from Macon to Warner Robins. When I called for the quote prior to our move we were quoted 2 guys and that it would take from 3-6hrs give or take and the set price per hour. When they finished it had taken 5 hours and the price was exactly what was quoted. They took care of my furniture and I felt like our things were in good hands. Out of allllll of my things I only found 1 tiny nick on a night stand out of everything moved which to me is incredible because I honestly expected more issues... I would definitely use them again, atleast with the crew that we had 😊

I’ve moved a lot over my life due to the type of work I do. I can honestly say that I have rarely had good movers. RtM was a wonderful company. The guys were kind, considerate and professional. No major damages to my property! One of the guys made a small ding on my door( nothing major) and he could have walked away and I would have never known. Instead he made it a point to be honest and point it out. That warmed my heart because he had that much respect for me and what I work hard for. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again. I have never felt to comfortable with other movers as I did during this experience! Thank you sooo much!
