Absolutely Disastrous – Stay Away from This Company! This is hands down the worst moving service I have ever experienced. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. First off, the movers showed up completely unprepared, missing essential tools to properly disassemble and assemble my furniture. I specifically mentioned the need for this in my initial communication, so it was beyond frustrating that they failed to bring the right equipment for the job. How can a moving company not have basic tools? It’s absurd! But it gets worse. They intentionally delayed the delivery of my furniture while en route to my new address, dragging the process out far longer than necessary. I was given no clear explanation, and it seemed like they were wasting time on purpose to stretch out the job. This delay threw off my entire moving schedule and caused unnecessary stress. If you're on a tight timeline, DO NOT trust these people with your move. As if that wasn’t enough, when they finally arrived at my new home, they were careless and unprofessional. They scratched up the walls and floors of my brand-new house, leaving noticeable damage. The complete lack of respect for my property was infuriating. No attempt was made to correct the damage, and they shrugged off responsibility like it was no big deal. To top it all off, their customer service is an absolute joke. When I called to express my concerns and request compensation for the damage, I was met with rude, dismissive responses. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of their work, and they made zero effort to resolve the issues. The attitude was “too bad, so sad” and they refused to help in any way. I regret ever hiring this company, and I urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly, do not deserve to be in business. Save yourself the stress, the damage to your home, and the terrible customer service nightmare. Choose a moving company that actually knows what they’re doing and respects their customers—this one certainly doesn’t.

On June 28, 2024, real deal came to move items out of a storage unit to our home. The guys were nice and polite, but one of them accidentally broke an antique marble top to an antique dresser. It was an accident. I have tried four times calling the company for reimbursement, I have left four messages to no avail. The company has yet to call me back. I am sharing my experience to let others know that they may be treated the same. Maybe this post will help. I cannot recommend them at this point.

The people at Real Deal Van Lines were absolutely wonderful. From booking the appointment to the actual move itself, they were extremely professional and courteous. Not only that, but they were efficient and careful with my furniture. A big shout out to Malik, Denom, and Jeremy for making this experience an enjoyable one. I would definitely use Real Deal again and will be telling anyone that needs to move their furniture to use them for their moving needs.

My daughter used this company to move two years ago. When they moved the piano, it would not fit through the door of her new apartment, so she agreed to have them take it to their warehouse and store it in a climate controlled environment. I went to pick up the piano recently, and it was missing the keyboard cover and the front panel. This is a treasured family heirloom, over 100 years old, and it is very damaged. They haven't been taking or returning my calls, and claim that the piano was damaged when they stored it.
