Driver Million had a horrible attitude this morning. He literally rolled his eyes when he found out that he had to help my 72 year mother, who is a stroke survivor and impaired on her right side, come down outdoor steps. The steps are about 4 feet long each with a small drop. This company was hired and paid by her insurance company, with specific information regarding this matter. They knew how many stairs (11), her height, weight and medical condition. I also helped him wheel her down. He complained the entire time and ask if she could walk up them on the return. Subsequently, he canceled the pick up ride and someone sent a Lyft driver who was not trained or prepared to help my mother. As a final result, my brother had to take off work and go pick up our mother up from therapy. Horrible experience and employee!! P.S. Don’t work for a transportation company that advertises transportation of wheelchair impaired clients, offer hand-to-hand and door-to-door services, but run when you see stairs that you knew about in the first place. Just work for Uber or Lyft!!!!

Wrecked into my daughter- presented insurance to police officer- when claim was filed the insurance company said the vehicle owned by real time transport wasn’t insured. When you call them they refuse to talk to you and won’t pay their claim.

ZERO STARS. TRANSPORTER DROPS PATIENTS OFF AN HOUR EARLY FOR APPOINTMENTS AND EXPECTS THEM TO BE OUT IN 30 MIN WHEN THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SEEN THE PROVIDER YET. SHE CALLS RUSHING PATIENTS OUT , THREATING TO LEAVE THEM BEHIND IF THEY DO NOT HURRY UP.

I was in the waiting room of a kaufman dialysis center. A patient was dropped off by this company. The driver said she would be unable to take him home. The patient asked if I could call the number and let him talk to the dispatcher. I did but the nurse was also calling at the same time. The dispatcher got mad at us and called me names and cussed us out. No good deed ever goes unpunished. Okay, new information. I've been trying to reach this company for 2 weeks. and the dispatch. Lady won't let me through. another new update is the patient that I was trying to help came in today. he said the driver went by his house 3 times. Couldn't find the address. And had her children in the car.

This is the absolute worst transportation company ever. Do not schedule today August 21 @4 pm I’ve had an appointment . Usually for Medicade rides they will call you the day before to let you know that you have a ride scheduled. Today the day of my appointment I had to call literally at three to ask what time is my pick up the lady Miss Tiana the representative that answers the phone says you have a 3 o’clock pick up so I said OK got dressed. I call her back to let her know that it is now 320. Where is my right she says that she just got notified that my driver that was supposed to pick me up is in the hospital and she is just not notifying her that she can’t pick me up ! I had to miss my appointment and reschedule. What a horrible service. What a horrible horrible service please do not scheduled to real time
