Great customer service both from Dispatch making the appointment and from the Operator delivering the water (Sean W). Dispatch asked several questions regarding length of required hose, accessibility and amount of water to ensure there would be no delays in service. The operator showed up on time, was pleasant, and took extra caution around landscaping and flowers. Have been using RHT for 2 years and will continue to do so for many more. - GH

New and existing customers beware! TLDR: Billing us in full for the past 3 months without actually filling our cistern. If they’ve done it to us, good chance they’ve done it to others. Been using Rebel Heart for the past couple of years to fill our cistern at our acreage and for the past 3 months they have been billing us in full ($150/fill) and not filling our cistern. Back track 3 months prior we informed them that only one resident would be staying at the house and they must of thought they could get away with it. We had to call a plumber and deal with the hassle because we thought something was wrong internally but low and behold the cistern was bone dry. I don’t recommend this company as they have zero integrity.
