This company is engaging in fraudulent practices. They deliberately exploit people to take their money. My car was towed from our assigned parking spot simply because the permit accidentally fell off, possibly during the towing process. They refused to release my car without charging $505! I urge everyone to file complaints with your apartment complex against this unethical company and consider filing claims in small claims court to challenge them.

Last night this tow truck driver got made because I was going too slow for him merging on highway 101 and flashed his spotlight in my face. I could have gotten into an accident! This jerk should not be a tow truck driver!

My car was towed parking in Sofi Berryessa apartments complex. There were no towing sign within sign or within the apartment complex. I didn't get any warning from the apartment management. By law they have to issued a violation notice after 96 hrs then they can have the car tow. no phone number, no sign to call and we have to call management for the towing company name and number. The car was towed in the morning of 05/02/2023 and I pick it up at 1pm. Rebello towing service charge me 366$ for total included 250$ for towing and 110 for storage. What's storage? I will take this matter to the next level to contest this towing company charge and the negligent of the Sofi Berryessa apartment management

This towing company is a disgrace. They towed my car from my own designated spot in a gated garage, despite my license plate being registered in their system. They charged me $375 without any warning or double-checking their database. They prey on apartment residents in the middle of the night and set outrageously high prices, likely because they give a cut to the apartments. If your car gets towed by these extortionists, pray you at least get it back. This business thrives on pure extortion. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rebello's Towing Services. My car was towed with the reason given that my car tag was not updated. However, I had already paid for the renewal, and the DMV sent the updated tag on the same day my car was towed. Despite having proof of payment and the updated tag from the DMV, my car was still unjustly towed. The whole situation felt like a fraudulent practice, as I had complied with all necessary steps for tag renewal. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their actions have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This company can make you broke and make you declare bankruptcy. They don't want to work with you. They are just want to make money from you. If I could put . 000000000000 star I will that is how horrible they are.
