I had my nephews fourth birthday party there today and I found the two staff members great! They were informed that they could let the kids free roam but they did a great job engaging and helping the kids. They took some serious hits from the pool noodle by a few kids in their sword-fight today!

I have 2 kids enrolled, they generally have a positive experience. The coaches are good and try to vary the exercises and activities. I am however concerned for staff and children as Rec Alley Gregory Hills facilities do not have air conditioning (or proper building insulation), so staff have to work and children have to exercise in very hot and humid conditions in hot days. That is not good for health, particularly in heatwave events, which are now stronger and more frequent, particularly in south western Sydney area. I have flagged this in several occasions and I am aware this has been mentioned to staff by parents as well.

Cannot recommend Rec Alley highly enough! They are a very inclusive gymnastics club while still focusing on children’s fitness and exercise. I also love that they are so values driven which are posted and painted on the walls in the Gregory Hills facility. The coaches and reception staff are always so engaged, friendly and very helpful.
