Sheila is fabulous to work with. She really knows hot tubs/spas. She helped me pick the right make and model for our needs. No high pressure sales gimmicks. She walked me through all of the options, pros and cons of different choices, etc and gave me the information I needed to make an informed choice. The delivery crew was early for the install appointment and worked with me to get the spa in the perfect spot. The final install tech that programmed the spa, started the chemicals, and showed me how to maintain my spa was knowledgeable, pleasant, and took time to answer all of my questions. I haven’t been this satisfied with a major purchase in a long time.

I paid $799 to have a previously purchased goal moved from one location to another. This was the quote and I paid the charge. The utilities were too close to the placement of the concrete base, therefore the company would not dig the hole. This is their company policy. Now, My Son and I spent over an hour digging the 48 inch deep and 16 inch diameter hole. They came and poured the concrete and left. A week later, Monday August 19, the goal was moved from my old house to my new. I asked for a refund for my labor during this event, I called 3 separate times to discuss charges and no call was returned from Courtney, the General Manager. I called today, Tuesday August 20 and the staff passed my call to Courtney. She FINALLY responded to me by TEXT. No professional courtesy to me as a Customer to have a discussion. She told me the below. A cut/paste text. “Hi there John, I received your request for a partial refund due to digging your own hole during the goal install. We charge the same amount as it is still a 2-trip service and the cost for the labor and the concrete is the same for us regardless. However- it actually looks like you were never charged for your new goal anchor. The price on that is $139.95 so we will go ahead and call that your partial refund. :) Enjoy the goal and please let us know if you need anything in the future! -Courtney, Recreation Unlimited” I will not use or recommend this company to friends and family due to the unprofessional and shady manner of creative charges and unwillingness to discuss a small refund for my labor.
