OMG again i have no idea how to start but Rafael became like family and took care of me better than some family may have.. This was my first ever over seas move and first ever trusting packers to take care of all my things precious to me earned in my life.. My anxiety level was on level 3000 seriously . Rafael kept me so calm for a man who never met me he was uplifting positive reassurring . I can keep goin n yall would be reading a book and ill have to then get paid for being an author đź‘€lol . He kept communication, emails and text whenever i texted him "which was a million times" sorry rafael lol .. but he was so calm and made me feel trust worthy in him his company and everyone envolved in helping.. my move was last min like less that 4 days last min and he made it happen withhout a hitch or a blink .. Rafael your awesome at your job and with peoole your heart is like Golden or something lol .. people dont do what u have done for me these days without even thinking twice .. my things cost twice as much and he made it work out for me on the budget i had and made me coming here so much more possible and i have all my things i treasure n worked hard for safe n sound in the containers..
