Was told I could pick up at 5am. Got to the shipper at 5am. The broker failed to get me all of the information I needed to get loaded. I had to sit and wait until 7am because the broker didn't open until then. They wouldn't give me the information on the load until I sent them a picture of the Vin on my truck. This should have been done the day before. Now that I have the information, I get to sit in line behind 8 trucks to get loaded. This micromanaging is costing the truck, I guess the broker doesn't care about that.

Unprofessional. I was picking up beer for this wonderful bunch. Spent 5 hours, overweight and all that good stuff. They didn't pay any detention but couple of months later they deducted 35$ because "I didn't Install macropoint". 35$, couple of months later. Ridiculous. I thought 35$ is nothing, why would they do that, but you know, you do the scam 1000x, 35k $ sounds decent.

Avoid at all cost. Sunny Len Lico was our broker for this load. She quadruple confirmed the job details and made me repeat everything back to her. We was on our way to the pick up and 45 mins in she called and said the load was not good. I asked for TONU she said she will get back to me and now they are not answering their phone nor emails. Do not book loads with them.
