We have extensive experience with movers in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, and twice living in Las Vegas, NV. I even worked for a major moving company doing government moves in DC in the mid-60s. So my wife and I have had extensive experience with moving companies locally and nationwide. Today Jeff and Richard delivered a new Mattress with frames that raise and lower the head or feet. They were neatly dressed in their company's uniform, well-groomed, and prepared to use booties which we advised them against due to crossing slick marble flooring. They were very professional and amiable young men who obviously enjoyed their jobs and were proficient at them. They were courteous and cared for our home while carrying things through it. The design of the bed frames had changed from what they were used to assembling but they quickly found complete information with photos using their cell phone and were able to forge forward completing the assembly of those powered bedframes. They cheerfully carried out all the packing debris, our old very heavy latex mattress, and box screens, along with the packing boxes they had delivered. Jeff and Richard worked smoothly with no wasted time or movements and throughout with great smiles making us feel as if they were long-time friends. I cannot recall another such delivery conducted with such professionalism, attention to detail, courteous manners, and as competently as Jeff and Richard did representing Red Carpet Movers here in Las Vegas, Nv.
