I’m not the type a person to leave a negative review but this experience was traumatic. We hired this company for a “FULL PACKING SERVICE” which was absolutely horrible. Let’s begin with the fact that they advertise employees wearing uniform Three employees arrived at our home normally clothed. I noticed another employee falling asleep on his feet; he was definitely on drugs. I could not believe it! The other two employees were hands on and did the entire house by themselves, even though we paid for 3 employees. Due to the lack of help it took way longer than expected and the extra fees were ridiculous. The prices discussed prior to the job getting done were wayyy lower than the final Price, which to us it was defitthe catch. They could not tell us how much more it was going to be until “the truck was loaded “ and guess what , after the truck is loaded you can’t back out. We had to help them pack up because the work took way to long. The delivery to the new house came! We expected our things to be cared for as if it was their own. That was not what happened. They unloaded our boxes and left them unopened. When it’s time for us to open out boxes my kitchen plates, cups, and another 65% of my things were broken. The boxes had everything thrown inside and mixed up. Not a single box was labeled! We had kitchen spoons mix with my sneakers. It was a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. Expensive shoes and bags just smudged at the bottom of the boxes. Horrible! Please do not hire this company.

I cannot recommend Expedite Moving highly enough! Their service is consistently excellent, reliable, and truly top-notch. The entire process was excellent . I called on a Sunday and Jordan came to my home, he was very professional and very friendly, he gave me a very reasonable estimate, we signed a contract and they showed up on the schedule day very punctual and ready to do the job. Jon was excellent, he had experience loading trucks that go out of USA and it was excellent for me because my container was going to be shipping to Guatemala. Jon was very friendly , very professional and all his crew were not only friendly but also incredibly hardworking, ensuring that every aspect of the move was handled with care and efficiency. . If you're looking for a moving company that goes above and beyond, look no further than Expedite Moving! Thank you for doing such excellent job!!!

Expedite movers were amazing loading our container to Costa Rica. Great service and professionalism!

The guys were good, nice and got everything done on time even when I thought it would go over. But they were rather expensive and for anything that wasn’t in a box, (apparently they couldn’t move bags of stuff) they haphazardly threw everything into XL boxes without really paying much mind to whether it would break or not, and didn’t think to ask about putting literal groceries I’d forgotten about in a box of random stuff. I was generally satisfied with the job they did but I wouldn’t hire them again.
