I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They arrived late, with incomplete information on my move. I paid for 2 men however they were more so working with 1 1/2 men. The move took way longer than quoted. The guys half way took apart my furniture didn't take all of my furniture nor did they put my furniture back together that they did move. When I called to speak with the manager at the location about how unhappy I was with the move we agreed on a partial refund which I am still getting the run around about. As I began to unpack things, I also discovered items broken which I told him about. The Office manager very unprofessional and did not follow through with anything he has promised. Every time I've asked to speak with the owner he's stated he's the go through person and the owner expects him to handle it. Again, I advise anyone to never use them. By the looks of the other reviews this is an ongoing thing with this company.

I used these movers 5 years ago and was very happy with their work. At the beginning of May I decided to use them again. It was a nightmare. They were 4 hours late they brought too small of a truck to move me and instead of the promised three men there were two men. I was promised a refund and it is never been received. I have called numerous times and left a message about this and it has never been resolved. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone. Up date....they emailed me to tell me they would send the refund, along with tracking number to track the envelope.......CRICKETS....absolutely nothing else has been done. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Wow! Ready Care movers did an amazing job! We moved from Wendell, NC to Port Saint Lucie, FL and entrusted our belonging to them. They took everything apart, packed and moved everything we own with great care. Next time we move we will use them again!

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Completely unprofessional to charge a ridiculous amount to move from Oxford NC to Durham NC. This company arrived in a U-HAUL truck not a company truck. We contracted 3 men but only 2 men showed up to work. The truck was way too small to load all of the furniture and now they are refusing to return to pick up the additional items. They have been paid the contracted amount but we are complete unsatisfied and we will report them to the BBB. BEWARE! Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE!

One of the men who came to move my furniture had a gout flare up and said he needed to go to urgent care but kept working. Eventually it got so bad he stated to his buddy to take him home. He also had asthma and was using an inhaler all morning. He was really nice but he was TOTALLY unfit to have a moving job. He had to take frequent breaks, enough to slow down the job significantly and even asked me if I had Alka-Seltzer plus cold to help him out. I had to step in once he gave up and wanted to leave and physically help the men I paid to do the job... and I'm a 20 something young woman who was looking for moving help herself! My cream colored couch came unwrapped from the poorly done plastic wrap and became dirty where the mens hands were holding it. I lost several screws from my dining room chairs that they moved. It was an overall AWFUL experience. The men were very nice but it was literally a hot mess of a moving job. I would NOT recommend. They're affordable but you literally get what you pay for. Not worth it. Look elsewhere for moving help.
