My wife and I had a tricky double move, but Reebie made the whole process super easy. It all started with Roberto coming by to check out what we had. He was really helpful, explaining everything we needed to do to get ready for the move. There was no pressure, and his attention to detail gave us confidence. On move-out day, the movers showed up on time and took great care with our stuff. They quickly disassembled and wrapped our furniture and even helped pack our TVs to make sure they were packed properly. The whole move-out was smooth and stress-free. Move-in day went just as smooth. Despite the 90-degree heat, the movers arrived on time and unloaded everything in just two hours. Not a single item was damaged. Even the things I packed in a hurry arrived perfectly fine. The Reebie team did an amazing job. Throughout the whole process, everyone at Reebie was quick to respond to our questions and guided us every step of the way. If you're moving, I highly recommend calling Reebie. You'll be glad you did!

**Disappointing and Stressful Experience** My recent move was a nightmare. I had high hopes based on the initial communication, but the actual experience was anything but professional. **Late Arrival and Unprofessional Behavior** On the day my property arrived, the crew arrived over a hour late with no notice or apology. When they did show up, they seemed disinterested and unprepared. There were only two men and they were visibly unprofessional, treating my belongings carelessly and even complaining about the job. **Lack of Care for My Belongings** This was the most upsetting part. Several items were damaged during the move, including a broken antique picture, two end tables and scratched furniture. Despite supposedly “handling with care,” they crammed fragile items together without any padding. Boxes were carelessly stacked, and several items inside were crushed. When I pointed out the damage, I was met with dismissive responses and excuses. **Poor Organization and Efficiency** The move took far longer than estimated, mainly due to disorganization. They frequently stopped to chat or take breaks, dragging out the process unnecessarily. What should have been a straightforward move turned into a drawn-out ordeal that left me exhausted and frustrated. **Lack of Accountability** To top it all off, when I reached out to the company to address my concerns, after purchasing their protection care plan, I was either ignored or given vague promises of follow-up that never happened. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. **Conclusion** This moving experience was a complete disaster. From the unprofessional crew to the careless handling of my items, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Moving is already stressful enough without having to deal with such a poorly run operation. Great moving experience. Our lead contact Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all our questions. It helps to read all the documents they send to avoid surprises on moving day. The quote held with no extra charges since the estimate was fairly accurate. Communications stayed good through the crossing the border from US to Canada and the process was small. All items were well packed and arrived safe and sound. Thank you.
