3 months behind on a project because of one cabinet. Reeds delivery just delivered my replacement cabinet, as the first one had similar damage to the top. Went out the front door with the cabinet in hand and the driver took off while I was yelling to stop. The listed phone number rep tried to blame it on the manufacturer, even though it has a printed load date of 2/5/24 (6 weeks to deliver). It’s a 15 pound cabinet side shelf. If you have the desire to have whatever you are shipping destroyed, this is your #1 choice.

Literally the worst customer service of all time!!! Its almost as if they were intentionally trying to be horrible in their customer service... Not sure what is going on there but congrats on being the G.O.A.T. of bad customer service. Only giving one star because it is required to post this review (should be a zero star option, because they deserve it!)

Called twice, left message, no call back. Customer has been waiting for their cabinets since January and Reeds has had them for a week now with no call to the customer to schedule a delivery and I cannot reach anyone, just get an answering machine when I call.

This is the delivery service chosen by The Home Depot to deliver our kitchen cabinets and counter bases for a remodel in our home. They called once to confirm a delivery time a couple weeks out. They suggested a date and advised me if that date won't work, or anything changes to call them as soon as possible. I called later that day and again the next day. I then called three more times during business hours all within a week of the initial call. I left multiple messages advising them the initial date won't work due to a medical complication. I was unable to get through to a live person and nobody ever called me back. Today, one day prior to delivery, I was called and said the items would be at my house tomorrow. I was informed that they do not check their messages. Nobody offered any sort of resolution. I am shocked that they choose to run a business this way. Apparently their phone only exists for outgoing calls. The representatives lacked empathy and were not helpful, even after I asked to speak to someone in charge.

Reed Home Delivery was supposed to drop off a couch and pick up my old one. The old couch required three people to move it out so I confirmed with the dispatcher when they scheduled my shipment that they had this information. They were originally going to drop off between 8 and 12 and pick up between 1 and 5 but after complaining, they decided they could do both at the same time so I didn't have to be at home the entire day. When the truck arrived, they did not have three people so they delivered the new couch but did not take the old one. I called the dispatch number back and they said there was nothing they could do until the next Monday. Monday rolls around and they say they can't pick it up until Wednesday. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was transferred. I left a message that was never returned. I ended up with an extra couch in pieces in the middle of my living room for 6 days while having to miss work twice to wait. The management was completely unhelpful for a problem that was 100% caused on their end. The drivers were very friendly and helpful but the management of this company was so unhelpful and awful I would not recommend them to anyone.
