It’s been more than 3 years working with RAFA; I would like to share my experience with them. I’m kind of a person never work more than 2 years in any company; no matter they r good or bad. But here in RAFA; I’m satisfied working with them. Of course there is no place called, “we are 100% happy”. There will be always some gaps that needs to be filled. When we identify those gaps and inform to the management; some would consider and some ignore. But I see here (in RAFA) considering the gaps and try to fill them which is very important for us. The staff is very nice (some times we get hard time; of course it’s taken as granted) and try to resolve as much as they could. One thing I observed here is the fleet manager (Ivan). He is the best I can say because he is the one who looks into the mirror not only in one side. Most of the time in my experience; he is always more favorable to the drivers/owner ops. In most of the companies where I worked; I see them always favorable to the management and tries to make them happy.

Beware! of this company. They are Liars and thieves! They created ridiculous deductions to avoid paying me my last paycheck and my escrow. Ivan doesn’t have any respect nor professionalisms . Ivan lied to get me to the yard. Fired me and rushed me out the truck. I was not prepared then he changed me for plane ticket and bags. Then changed me for truck reconditioning when the condition of the truck was the same when I got it. Then they changed me for Multiple safety fines when it should have been one. On their policy, none of their fines is over $1000. They charge me 1700+. I will be suing Ivan and Rafa Trans Inc
