I used Regency for my local move. Cliff came on site and gave a professional and honest assessment of our move and his estimate was one of the lowest of 4 I shopped around for. Regency does not charge extra for floor covers or wardrobe boxes. They wrapped all big furniture and covered the floors. The crew showed up on time and prepared for the move. All professional guys that cared about our stuff. I would highly recommend Regency, Cliff and his staff are top notch people. I would use them again in the future.

If I could add zero stars I would. The people they hire for their moves don't speak English so it's really hard for them to understand where to move items. Their customer service is horrendous especially Kelly and the owner Cliff. After our horrendous move we contacted them and instead of trying to resolve the issue they gave us attitude. They finally admitted fault and sent someone to fix the issue after having to send multiple messages. During the move they damaged our rental property and current house and have not filed our insurance claim. I would highly NOT recommend working with this company.

I'm retired military with over 12 moves. They gave me a great price and performed beautifully. The owner did the estimate in my house and maintain perfect communication through out the move. I even had to postponed the move once due to a delayed closing on the new house. They accommodated me without a hitch. Workers showed up right on time, did everything I asked them to and more.

Can't say enough good about these folks. The best prices in the area don't mean anything if you don't have good people, and these are great people. Cliff and the team run a tight shift and I couldn't be happier-used them for two moves in the last six months. Best out there!

Trustworthy and terrific service! We moved my elderly Mom from VA to FL with Regency and were incredibly pleased with our overall experience with them. Cliff was patient and easy to work with, and he gave us an accurate estimate from the start. The communication pre-move was great from their office, and they answered our specific questions. The packers did a great job in VA and the movers were hard-working, strong, kind and so very respectful to my Mom and us! Excellent experience overall, from start to finish! Thanks to one and all from Regency!
