I just reached Medicare age and my previous primary doctor of 17 years did not except Medicare. We were extremely satisfied with the process and transitions with Dr. Reyes and his staff. On our first visit was an amazing experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with the paperwork. Dr. Reyes’ assistant Jennifer was truly a breath of fresh air. She was very courteous, friendly and thorough. Dr. Reyes was friendly, upbeat, personal and knowledgeable. He made me feel like I was in capable hand. Which in turn made me comfortable.

Dr Reyes is a excellent MD He is very kind caring and most important extremely intelligent. His time and caring is very appreciated. In response to above claim. The practice of Reyes and Reyes is very dangerous. The N.A Jennifer has the emergency beeper for after hours and when I left message that I was having chest pain she returned my call when I was in the bathroom and talked so fast on the message with her accent I could not understand a word she said so I returned the call and her message was" I do not want to talk to you" So I left a second message and the office manager called me back and told me to go to ER and I was admitted for 5 days. When I got discharged I called the office as I was to do by hospital and Jennifer answered the phone and said " you are no longer a patient here and we will not treat you". I called back and asked for the office manager and she " oh no you are still a patient for 30 days". I saw Dr Reyes 4 times and he never once listened to my heart or lungs, in fact he did not even have a stethoscope on his person. I am a Cardiac patient that has had a open heart and a aortic valve replacement. Being a RN for 38 years this did not seem very professional. I would suggest if you value your life to steer clear of this practice.

Excellent! Dr. Reyes is very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He takes his time with his patients and is very comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Reyes to anyone looking for a quality physician.
