Staff was not helpful. They didn’t let me get my own belongings out of the car. They deemed most of the things in my car as “trash” but somehow that trash included my designer, sunglasses my sunvisor for my windshield, my membership cards to a few museums. My cup of change and my cup of pesos. A few of my children’s toys that were in the car.. and the guy with the glasses and the craters all in his face, kept repeating there’s a lot of trash in there, but somehow they gave me the case to my designer sunglasses, but not my sunglasses. They wouldn’t let me go look in the car. And they made everything really difficult. I advise the lender that I had my car with that they are a horrible company to work with and I had already been struggling and my car got taken away and it doesn’t feel good to then be stolen from a company that they are doing business with if I could give them a -10 stars I would.

Went in, I asked for my personal belongings and first was that my wallet was removed from the vehicle and into a safe box, should of stayed in the car. Second when I got my belongings back I didint get my bose earphones back which are really expensive. To top it off they wouldn't let me go see the car itself to see if all my stuff was In the right place. This place is trash in all honesty.

Took my car with no contact. My car was supposed to be included in my bankruptcy claim. My friend works at the gas station where this guy stopped to get a drink or something. Told the guy to wait so we could come get our stuff out, as my husband uses medications that he keeps in the car as an emergency while we are out. The guy says "Ok" and took off before we got there. So we chased him down about 30 miles from our home (he was going 75+ in a 55), when we finally got to the car to get our stuff he said that they had a "no contact order" just steal and go. I told him he could have waited at the gas station like he said he was going to, and he just repeated that he had a "no contact order". Really, he just thought that we wouldn't chase him down. Why else would he be speeding away from the gas station? (We were 5 minutes behind him, and at the gas station within minutes of getting the call from our friend). This is the middle of a pandemic, you shouldn't be repossessing vehicles right now anyway, because people have lost their income.. that doesn't change the fact that people who live 45 miles away from civilization still have basic needs and needs access to those basic needs. I understand that if you don't pay they can take your car. But for the love of God, realize that, during this pandemic not all offices are open and the notice of our bankruptcy may not have hit your desk yet. SAY SOMETHING when you repossess cars, you wasted our time, your time, stole important life saving medication and medical records. All because you thought that we wouldn't chase you down. Don't lie to us either, and don't risk damaging my vehicle and killing people by driving 75+ miles an hour just to "ensure no contact". I have no respect for your company, and not because my car was repossessed.
