We recently moved my 93 year old Father into Assisted Living. Jennifer and her staff at ResettleMe did an outstanding job in all ways! My brothers and I all live out of town and Jennifer took care of all the details. Jennifer is wonderful to work with, and was also great with my Dad. She met with him , explained the process, helped with what we should and shouldn't take, made a floor plan, packed , moved and completely set up his new apartment! They even hung art work and labeled the contents of the drawers and cupboards. Jennifer also referred and arranged for pick up and delivery of what was left in Dad's house ! Their staff was very friendly and proficient. We are extremely grateful to Resettle me for making a difficult move as seamless as it could have been. I would highly recommend Jennifer and her staff at ResettleMe. My Dad loves his new apartment and I give them the credit!

Generally things went great. I did not give 5 stars as many items that should have moved over were left behind. I don’t agree with making the customer meet you at the new place as a walk through at the end should have been done. Though my mother may have been told, I was not aware we could not come to the new place until they were done. Overall they do a great job but expected a little more given the large expense. I had to make 3 extra trips on the clearly marked items that should have been moved. The $4.5k charge was clearly a scam.

I was faced unexpectedly with having to move my mom from Kansas City, Missouri to Atlanta into an assisted living community while I continued to work full-time. Peggy & Jennifer at ResettleMe were so professional and helpful in every way. They are very experienced and have a 6th sense about what to include, beyond the list of items I gave them. Their communication behind the scenes and with me made this endeavor extremely easy which is what I needed and allowed me to continue working and looking after my mother who is staying with me during the transition. I can't say enough good things about their service. They handled all the packing, hired the movers, acquired the moving cubes/pods, and coordinated all of this with me and the Atlanta contact to facilitate the move-in to my mom's new home. Job well done. I highly recommend their services without reservation!

I find few companies these days explain to you what they’re going to do and then actually follow through. ResettleMe is one of those companies. We had a quick timeline to downsize our mother and my brothers and I are very happy we used ResettleMe. Jennifer and her team of amazing ladies know what they are doing and do it well! My Mom was thrilled with how they set up her new apartment!

My 83 year old mom moved out of her house into a 1 bedroom apartment. The entire process went more smoothly than I could have dreamed. From the beginning Jennifer listened to my mom's wants/needs and every step of the way was in full communication with her and my siblings. She broke things down into doable steps for my mom/us to complete. Move in day was amazing-- everything was arranged/put away so when we walked through the door Mom was walking into her beautiful new home ready to start her next chapter. I highly, highly recommend Resettle Me--it's worth every penny spent.
