I don’t know what is going on in the review section because I just started going to this office and think the staff is absolutely wonderful. Helpful and kind, they get back to me quickly when I call after hours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This office deserves no stars. Very rude unprofessional staff. They do not care about their patients at all. They are scammers who charge for even filing out state issued disability placard forms. It’s all about collecting from the insurance companies and scamming their patients for money. They do not value their patience time. My father has had to wait over an hour to be seen for his appointments. Their lack of care and compassion for their patients is unbelievable. It’s all about the money for these people. The girls in the front are rude and have terrible attitudes. They need to be trained in providing better customer service. They work for their patients we don’t work for them. They act as if they are doing us a favor. Definitely not recommended. Horrible people with horrible attitudes!

If I could give this office no stars I would. Ive never had to leave a bad review for a doctors office but I felt this was necessary. First off, I work in the medical field and I do the scheduling along with a lot more and their office doesn't know how to schedule patients apparently. I made an appointment for my husband weeks ago, and the girl I spoke with stated that they will no longer be contracted with his insurance at the end of the year but they would still be able to see him for his appointment for tomorrow 8/22 and he would have to find another provider by then. I said thats fine, he just needs to be seen this time if anything. But my husband and gets a call 3 days before his appt saying it has to be canceled because they are no longer contracted with his ins anymore. So I call the office today and spoke with someone asking why it was canceled. The girl stated because they're no longer conctracted, but mind you I told her that whoemever booked this appt for him weeks ago stated that they wouldnt take his ins anymore after the end of this year. Her excuse to me today was that their contract with HPSJ will end September 1st now. Which I'm sure is a lie. But its still August and his appt was set for 8/22. Long story short, this was a huge inconvenience because if they were to tell us in the beginning that they dont want to take HPSJ anymore, they should have said so, so I wouldve had time to make another appt with another provider instead of wasting my time with them. The girls at the office definitely do not know how to do their job. No wonder why all their reviews are mainly bad because of the staff. Its a good thing my husband won't be seen there afterall.

I’ve been coming to this doctors office fire several years. Dr comacho is unprofessional and rude. He Took a hour to see me and his response was “well im here now”. he has a napoleon complex. The staff are friendly and dr Christina is very good and pleasant. Unfortunately it’s Dr comachos office. He hates questions so I match his energy and watch him get defensive. If I could go lower than 1/5 I would. He’s quite pathetic and lacks people skills
