We called ahead and then drove two hours to this dealership and arrived an hour prior to the close of business. We test drove the vehicle and offered to put down a good faith payment in order to hold it since the bank was closed and the dealership was also closing. They declined the payment stating they don't take holds. As a result, we drove two hours home and got up bright and early to secure the deal. We called at 10am as soon as they opened. Our banker and Greg (salesman) spoke and processed all the paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle. Greg said the car was ready for pick up and he was pulling the keys from the floor. We asked if we could pick it up tomorrow and was told yes. A few hoirs later, we received a call stating the car was sold to someone else. First we were told it was sold online the night prior, then we were told someone came in and purchased it at 10am today, then we were told that is was being shipped to Newark, then we were told the deal was not final and there was still a chance we could come pick it up. Greg said he was going to call in an hour but we never heard from him again. The manager told me he would call back in 20 minutes but didn't. We called and asked for Greg and was told he was selling a car then told he left for the day. We called and talked to the manager and he said the car was picked up by the buyer a little bit ago. My son's first payment for the loan is due on September 21st. The contract was final between this dealership and the bank at 10:15am. Our banker advised that as far as they are concerned this vehicle is in contract based on the documents completed between them and the dealership. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. Red flag #1 should have been that we stood on the lot next to the car for 15 minutes or more while employees walked past us and never acknowledged us. We had to finally ask for assistance. Oddly enough that car is still listed for sale on the website. DO NOT GO HERE! I will be seeking legal counsel tomorrow as the loan is already done and we have no car.

They only care about your money. Upgraded to a certified used truck (less then 4 years old with very low miles) and paid for the spray bed liner, professional cleaning, undercoating, and paint protection coating. I was told the mark on the hood would buff out, would be color matched, and painted prior to the protective coat…. That didn’t happen. I was then told “that’s not a fixable scratch”. So now that it has a protective coat I can’t even fix it myself knowing for sure that it is a superficial mark and would buff out. I was also told when I purchased this package that they professionally clean the seats and “if there’s a stain we can’t get out we will replace the whole seat” but that also didn’t happen as there is still a huge stain on the drivers seat. Their customer service was crap and only checked in when they were about to send me a link to ask for a review on their service. Within the first month I needed an oil change (fine, because the first one is free with ford points). But when I got to the service department and they pulled up my trucks history it turns out also needed an alignment that they knew about prior to selling me the truck. You should have seen the service guys face when I said I’ve owned the truck for less than a month and purchased it from that ricart location. After signing paperwork I was given the key to the truck… one key fob. There is only one because “they are at the mercy of whatever the previous owner turns in”. Not like they are a dealership and can’t make another key. So instead I will have to pay an additional cost to have another one made. To make matters better, two days after owning the truck, my ONLY key fob battery died and I was stuck in my driveway because apparently my manual key was never cut. Also the first time I have ever had to register a car myself at the BMV, all other 5 vehicles I have owned the dealership has done that for me. I have purchased multiple certified pre owned cars/ trucks (and new ones as well) and I have NEVER been this mislead on a purchase. I would highly discourage anyone from buying from their used car department (not sure what the experience is like when buying new).

Service Dept is not to be trusted...apparently. I took advantage of their pickup service to have a routine oil change & rotation done. Sold me an alignment that turned out to be unnecessary. When I called, the service guy couldn't be bothered to return my call. He instead sent me a text the next morning explaining the alignment. No documentation was provided showing the service, just a $150 charge on the bill. I got my car back & there is no indication of uneven wear.

I paid a charge per my warranty. It wasn’t repaired properly. I took my vehicle back paid for the repair per my warranty. After giving a bad review internally I was offered one fee back. I have yet to receive this. Today I received a phone call stating it had been mailed to my Mother???? My Mother has been deceased for over 10 years. Still waiting

My team that worked with me was excellent. Dez Walker pulled through for me when I had given up hope. Matt then came along and sealed & finalized everything and handed me my keys. You guys were amazing from beginning to end. Both of you showed excellent customer service, just amazing….Thank you!!!!!!!!!! I am enjoying my 2016 Hyundai Tucson
