This company was recommended to us because we had a lot of antique furniture that we were concerned about. I knew we chose the right company when Richard himself walked into our house and recognized our antique styles by name. His movers showed up exactly when he said they would and they treated our belongings as if they were their own. Not only were they careful but they also placed each piece of furniture perfectly. Nothing was scratched or broken. Moving day can be a disaster, but these guys saw to it that it was as non-stressful as possible. I cannot express how grateful I am for such a professional company!!

I cannot think Richard, Tricia, Victor and their team enough for the phenomenal job they did on the move. I was in a last-minute jam and they worked so hard to make me fit into their schedule that I will eternally be grateful. Amazing service, professionalism, attentiveness to detail, and expedited response was bar none to any movers I have ever worked with! As an interior designer I will always go to them for all my clients needs!

Very disappointed in the final outcome of the move that the company did for us. We moved a dining room set (table, chairs and china cabinet) from the Heights to the Tomball area. The initial estimate was 2 - 2.5 hours of time. By the time the movers were finished, we were charged for 4 hours. The moving truck did not have an EZ tag and therefore had to traffic side streets according to the movers. I understand that an estimate is just an estimate but double the amount of time seems excessive. The movers were careful in moving the pieces and setting them back up for us.

I called and spoke with Richard. I needed a refrigerator picked up in Sugar Land and delievred in Houston not too far from Richard's office. Richard told me he charges by the hour. I told Richard I can't pay an hourly charge for something so basic. The refrigerator sits on a back patio of a home and needs delivered to a 1 story home. Richard basically hung up on me when I said I can't pay hourly. "Thx for calling. .. beep" was his response. This is no way to conduct business or become successful. Why should I pay hourly for the guys to get gas or have lunch. I forgot you are strictly a moving company hourly works. If you are a delivery company hourly doesn't make sense. Richard should have given me a price around 150 to 200 for this service. 200 would be high based on competition but at least it would have been professional. I would not recommend doing business with someone like this.

We had two moves to get done in three days, moving from an apartment to our house, and moving two mini storage units to that same house. Everything was very well coordinated, they were right on time, and took very good care of our belongings. Really top notch crew.
