Best dentist I've ever gone to. Dr. Courtney and his staff are all so incredibly nice and make an effort to make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible.

I've gone to Dr. Courtney for many many years. I've never had a bad experience. Waiting list is a bit long but that just speaks to how many people dentist here. Last time I called to get on the schedule for a cleaning, the receptionist mentioned they were booked till January but had a cancellation for the very next morning that I could fill. She was very helpful and courteous. Dr. Courtney is always upbeat and smiling and makes a point to be personable with each patient! Good job Doctor and staff!!

Dr. Courtney is knowledgeable, professional, and has a caring nature. He explains everything in detail, and is very patient in answering your questions. I have a background of working in dentistry, and I can tell you this guy knows what he’s doing, and is somewhat of a perfectionist in his work. I have been a patient for many years, and the descriptive words I used above still remain true. And yes, he does have a reputation for being close to painless…. His office staff is, friendly, cordial, and accommodating.

Had a tooth abscess and hurt bad and it had to be pulled. Called and they got me in quick no hassles. I'd recommend Mr. Courtney. He and staff very nice and professional.

Wait time was atrocious. Right as I was about to walk out they called me back. Had already wasted so much of my afternoon so went ahead. Went back. Assistant was nice, friendly, really dug out a couple of my teeth, a lot more than any other assistant I've ever had clean my teeth. Dr came in for a couple mins and was out. Felt like a jiffy lube service for my teeth. Waited close to an hour after appointment time before I went back, and was out in 15 minutes or less and that includes xray. Never experienced that with a dentist before. Didnt put a lot of confidence that they did all they should have compared to the other dentists I had seen in the last 20 or so years. Wasn't interested in returning. Also, when new dentist office tried to request xrays and information they had, the office called and accosted us for money, saying we owed them for our visit and it would be turned over to collections if we didnt pay them, when it was paid for by the insurance 100%, and a call to the insurance provider confirmed payment issued and accepted. Provider sent proof of this to them and never heard from their office again. Rather unprofessional and shady practice. Would not recommend doing business with them at all. 2 stars because they did do a cleaning, though it felt rushed and not done thoroughly. FWIW.
