This is the worst moving company ever, do not use their services. These people moved my furniture in May 2018 and broke the pillar of my king sized bed set. Instead of mentioning it the movers drilled some big nails and acted like nothing happened. When we saw the damage a few weeks later, we called an emailed the company. After several attempts someone finally took our information and promised to have it repaired/replaced... or the payment refunded after we submit pictures of the damage and the cost of repair/replacement from the furniture company we bought it from. We were given a case ID number and they told us that within 10 business days we will hear back from them. It has been months and we haven’t heard back from anyone. When we try to contact the company via phone and email we do not get any response. It’s as if they screen calls and are avoiding our calls. This damage has cost over $2,000 to repair. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL -DAMAGE YOUR FURNITURE -STEAL ITEMS -WILL NOT SHOW UP ON TIME -VERY UNPROFESSIONAL -THERE IS NO AGREEMENT SIGNED OR POLICIES -THEY WILL NOT REASSEMBLE YOUR FURNITURE PROPERLY -SEVERAL OF YOUR SCREWS, BOLTS, ETC IN FURNITURE WILL BE MISSING Yes, their cheap but because of the prior things I've listed before......If you go to the BBB site you will see several postings within the last 4-5 years of unhappy consumers. Please find someone else because this at home business is not going to protect your stuff or you. They have no intent to provide you with quality service nor any respect. RIDDICK'S RELIABLE DESTRUCTION CREW SHOULD NOT BE AN OPTION!!

ONE WORD....BLESSING!!!!! I had an awesome experience with Riddick's Reliable Moving. They were on time and cared for my items like its was their own belongings. They were very polite and professional. I will recommend everyone I know to this company and give them 5 stars!!!!!!!

Their movers stole my wife's designer bags and shoes. I called the office to complain and was told the movers denied it so unless I had film or witnesses I could go jump in the lake. I asked for thier insurance information and was told absolutely not. In addition they handled our things recklessly and carelessly piled our belongings into the storage causing considerable damage
