May be the cheapest, not that cheap! It was over $2,000 for them to lose 4 boxes including a big tv box from California to Texas. It seems they contract out deliveries because the delivery driver that arrived in Texas was rude when he was notified that the number of boxes were short, while his young son or partner stood there playing with his knife!!! Now they say it takes up to 4 months to track down lost boxes. Most boxes were received damaged that were clearly marked fragile. I would not recommend them at all!! They may seem appealing because they come in as the cheapest, but if you value your items, find an alternative or a trusted BBB company. I should’ve just paid a family member or friend to drive, hotel stay. It would’ve been cheaper or cost the same but at least I would’ve received all of the items and not damaged, since it was a delivery that arrived in a uhaul truck anyway.

BEWARE THESE PEOPLE THE Worst bunch of movers I have ever had to deal with! They destroyed boxes and stuff in the boxes. Five of the boxes never arrived. Boxes were damp from water damage crushed. When I called, I got a woman who did not seem to care and kept repeating. Oh, you got what you sent. We don’t have any idea how your boxes were crushed? If anything was damaged please let us know then they don’t answer the phone, took three days for them to give us the insurance company link finally was able to get it. UPDATE THEY WILL NOT COVER ANY OF THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED NOR THE MISSING BOXES THEY LOST OR TOOK!

We paid over 20k for our move from AZ to GA. Some of the damages were horrific and they offered us $120. A phallic symbol CARVED into our bed and damaged a hand carved mango wood bookcase. I paid more than $120 for the vacuum cleaner they broke.

Absolutely do NOT use Rigos Moving & Storage. If I can save even one family from making the mistake of hiring Rigos Moving & Storage, I will have done my job and will be satisfied. We hired Rigos to move our home and family possessions from Arizona to North Carolina over the summer with disastrous results. The initial packers did a fantastic job loading the truck in Arizona. Along the journey, our possessions were transferred from the original truck to another to complete the journey. Absolutely no care was taken during this transfer. Dozens of irreplaceable items were destroyed. Our 8' fiberglass step ladder was stolen. Plastic bins were crushed by improper packing. Cardboard boxes were crushed. Several well-packed pieces of artwork were destroyed. Outdoor patio chairs were destroyed. Our extra-large dog crate was destroyed. We estimate our loss to be thousands of dollars. Rigos Moving & Storage employs a third-party Anthem Claim Management to settle claims on their behalf. Instead of doing the right thing, they offer $.60 per pound of estimated weight on items lost which amounted to $55. It is in the fine print of the contract, but the other option is to spend an inordinate amount of time prior to the move itemizing every item you don't want destroyed and paying expensive insurance to ensure they do their job right and treat your items with respect. If I were to accept that ridiculous $55 payment, I would waive my right to offer this review on the internet. Again, if I can save even one family from making the mistake of hiring Rigos Moving & Storage, I will have done my job and will be satisfied.
