When my motorcycle died nearby, I pushed it to this shop, hoping for someone to help me with a quick jump. The owner’s young son initially offered to help, but after going inside, his older teenage brother came out and said they’d have to charge me $40. I was stuck in their parking lot with no way out, so I had no choice but to agree. For $40, a tow truck will come to you, jump your vehicle, and handle everything without you lifting a finger. Here, I brought my bike to their door, borrowed their tools, and did all the work myself—removing parts, accessing the battery, and even connecting the jumper cables because the kids didn’t know how. I was essentially paying to do the job myself. I’ve been to auto shops where they’ve handed me tools and refused to take money because I did the work. Not here. The owner saw someone in a tight spot and decided to exploit it. I left feeling completely ripped off. I was ready to tip $10 or pay a reasonable $20, but $40 for me to use their wrench and a jumper and doing all the labor is ridiculous and absolutely unethical. This owner is a cut-throat, opportunistic snake. Owner wouldn’t even come out to tell me he charges a fee, but instead sends his little kid out to talk to me. To the owner: know that your kids will one day read this and realize how unfair your charge was and how you treat people in need of help. You could’ve refused to help me and I would’ve paid what you charge for a tow truck to come to me and do the work. In the photos you can see the youngest son finally opening the gate after I was done and I waved to him anyway knowing that the kids are innocent and were only told what to do. I have no problem leaving this lovely review since I paid full price and that makes me a paying customer.

Do NOT use this moving company! They used to be good, in fact we used them 3 times in the past but unfortunately when we used them to move this last month we had an absolutely horrible experience! I have moved over a dozed times in my life and this was by far the worst moving company I have ever dealt with!!! They raised their prices but we still agreed to pay for 3 movers to ensure the job would be finished in a timely fashion. Only 2 of the movers who showed up looked like professional movers. So we paid a higher rate for sub par service. They also were moving at a super slow pace. One of the movers in particular would carry 1 small thing at a time and spend an excessive amount of time taping boxes. She also stood around just watching the other 2 people work and chit chatting with them. They spent 5 hours packing the truck - the last time we moved this process took 2 hours at we have the same amount of stuff. Then after loading the truck they said they needed a lunch break and drive away with all of our stuff on the truck. Marta then called us and demanded we pay for extra time via Venmo or they would not return with our stuff. This is incredible unprofessional and made us feel they were holding our belongings hostage. When we tried to complain about how slow they were moving Martha informed us it was our job to tell the movers to speed up….🙄 What should have been an $800 move ended up costing us $1600!! And on top of that, they damaged multiple items and Martha will not return any of our calls to rectify the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Have used Rigos many times for business moves and labor only needs. Highly recommend! Prices are extremely competitive and Martha is always helpful and communicates right away. Movers have always been experienced and professional.

They went from being the best to one of the worst moving companies I've ever used. I hired three movers, they worked the equivalent of 1.5 movers. A lot of idle time, spending time using the restroom for excessive amounts of time, dilly dallying, and ultimately carelessness. They spent 9 hours to move my house when I had everything staged and wrapped up for them. I even took apart my own beds, dismounted my TVs, and stretch wrapped the majority of my furniture. They used stretch wrap that I personally purchased, and charged me for a roll. To add insult to injury they took my ladder, damaged multiple pieces of my belongings, and straight ghosted me afterwards.

Rigo’s moving did a great job helping me move to my new home and load my Pod for storage. They were on time, professional and fast. Thank you for the great service. I would definitely recommend them. I plan on using them again to consolidate two storage units in the next week.
